What you should know about Inner Strength Pilates: Goodwood
We cater to a range of clients from beginners to advanced athletes with individually stylized programs that can help you overcome injuries, realign your body or become more flexible. Each exercise is resistance controlled to stretch the muscles whilst strengthening them.
Specialised Pilates machinery are used in the studio and floor matt exercises also include Pilates apparatus such as bolsters, hand and ankle weights, chi balls, Therabands and Swiss balls. This program will always be updated by the instructor as the client becomes stronger and progresses. There are no more than six clients in a class at one time and each student has their own program to suit their own needs.
