Every Eldercare residential aged concern facility has Case Management Clinical Leaders who closely coordinate and supervise the protection each resident receives. Lifestyle teams, in partnership with all staff, arrest rich personal histories of residents. These histories aid carers and volunteers to provide individualized and personcentred care, maintain dignity and construct sure relationships.
